Paint engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paint Engineer to oversee and manage the paint processes in the metal manufacturing industry. This role combines engineering expertise in surface coating technology with project management skills to ensure that all painting processes meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paint application for metal products, a deep understanding of coatings, and experience in managing complex projects in a manufacturing environment.

• Paint Process Development:
• Design and optimize paint processes for metal components and products, ensuring high-quality finishes and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and recommend improvements to coating systems, including surface preparation, priming, painting, and curing processes.
• Select and specify suitable coatings (e.g., powder coating, wet paint) for different metal substrates.
• Implement new technologies or techniques to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
