Paid Social Manager

Role Overview: As a Paid Social Campaign Manager at Paragon, your role involves leading and managing the implementation and execution of Paid Social campaigns and strategies. You will also be responsible for day-to-day communication with clients to help them achieve their goals effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop account strategy in collaboration with clients and Paid Social Director, ensuring accountability for strategy execution and achievement of KPIs. - Ensure operational success of accounts by meeting deliverables on time and within budget. - Own and manage client strategy, planning key campaign efficiencies. - Serve as the primary day-to-day subject matter expert (SME) voice to the client, managing all day-to-day efforts. - Collaborate with Account Directors to plan accounts and identify growth opportunities. - Foster strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in managing Paid Social campaigns and strategies. - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deliverables on time and within budget. - Ability to develop and implement account strategies to achieve client goals effectively.
