Paid Social Executive

Job Description: As a Paid Social Campaign Manager at Paragon, your role involves implementing and executing Paid Social campaigns to ensure they align with the agreed strategy and exceed client performance targets. You will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation, optimization, and uploading of client campaigns. Additionally, you will supervise junior staff, liaise with vendors and third party representatives to build relationships and stay updated on new features and betas. Interpreting performance reports to derive actionable insights, coaching and developing junior staff, and providing accurate client communication through regular campaign reporting and analysis are also key aspects of your role.
