Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Manager of Paid Media with a focus on branding to join our marketing team. In this role, you will manage and execute paid media campaigns primarily on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook to enhance brand awareness and engagement. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing campaigns that resonate with the target audience while ensuring the consistent messaging of our brand across social platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in video advertising, social media marketing, and a passion for building lasting brand recognition.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies focused on brand awareness and engagement across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling visual and video ad creatives that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate brand values.
  • Manage video ad campaigns on YouTube (TrueView, bumper ads, skippable and non-skippable formats) and paid social campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, ensuring they support overall branding objectives.

YouTube Advertising Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of YouTube advertising campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance optimization.
  • Utilize YouTubes ad targeting options, such as interest-based and demographic targeting, to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
  • Analyze YouTube performance data (e.g., views, view-through rates, engagement metrics) to continuously improve ad content, targeting, and overall campaign performance.

Facebook & Instagram Advertising:

  • Design and execute paid media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, leveraging formats such as carousel ads, video ads, stories, and sponsored posts to build brand visibility and engage audiences.
  • Optimize campaigns on Facebook and Instagram by testing ad creatives, audiences, and placement strategies for maximum performance and brand impact.

Brand Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, engagement, reach, and cost-per-impression (CPI) across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook campaigns.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics) to track and report on campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze creative performance to continuously improve brand messaging and audience engagement.

Audience Targeting & Segmentation:

  • Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to ensure brand messaging is tailored to the right demographics and interests on each platform.
  • Use data and analytics to ensure campaigns are targeted effectively to increase brand awareness and engagement with relevant consumer segments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing, creative, content, and product teams to ensure alignment between paid media efforts and broader marketing strategies.
  • Share insights and results from campaigns with stakeholders to guide future branding efforts and refine media strategies.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

  • Continuously research trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, paid media, and video advertising to keep campaigns innovative and aligned with evolving digital marketing landscapes.
  • Experiment with new formats, ad products, and technologies on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook to drive brand visibility and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in paid media management with a focus on branding and social media campaigns.
  • Proven experience running successful campaigns on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, particularly with an emphasis on brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing video ads on YouTube and other social platforms.

Hard Skills:

  • Expertise in YouTube advertising tools and formats (e.g., TrueView, bumper ads, skippable and non-skippable ads).
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising tools to create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics, video optimization, and ad performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and YouTube Analytics to track campaign results and drive optimization.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising best practices, audience targeting, and campaign optimization strategies.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong creative and strategic thinking with the ability to craft compelling brand stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting insights and presenting campaign results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to ensure alignment and execution of branding strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data and optimize future strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and leveraging social media partnerships to amplify brand campaigns.
