Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata. As a Paid Media Manager / Performance Marketing Specialist at Digitale, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective and efficient digital media campaigns across channels including paid search, display, and social media. You will work closely with clients, media planners, and internal teams to ensure all campaigns are tailored to meet business goals whilst achieving measurable success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within the digital marketing industry, including extensive knowledge of media buying and planning, SEM, PPC, programmatic, and digital analytics tools
• Expertise in campaign management and optimizations in Google AdWords (Search, Display & YouTube)
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads
• Holistic understanding of the customer journey funnel to develop multi-channel media strategies that deliver results
• Proven track record of successful campaign execution
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a related field
