Paid Media Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Google, LinkedIn, Meta & display/retargeting.
  
• Drive CPL, CAC & ROAS targets through campaign planning, launch, optimization & budget management.
  
• Build persona-based targeting strategies for US B2B markets.
  
• Create/brief ad copy & creatives; leverage generative AI where relevant.
  
• Set up & maintain conversion tracking, attribution & performance dashboards.
  
• Analyze campaign data to deliver insights, optimizations & CRO-focused A/B testing.
  
• Collaborate with content, design & sales teams for aligned messaging & funnel integration.
  
• Stay updated on ad tech, AI tools & industry trends to maximize ROI.
  

Preferred candidate profile:

• 5 to 8 years in digital marketing with 3+ years in paid media (B2B focus, US/international markets).
  
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta & display/retargeting platforms.
  
• Strong in budget management, ROI optimization, analytics, and funnel performance tracking.
  
• Skilled in conversion tracking, attribution, CRO & A/B testing.
  
• Experience writing ad copy, briefing creatives & using AI tools for optimization.
  
• Familiar with automation features (Smart Bidding, targeting), data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and CRM/marketing automation tools.
  
• Excellent communicator, collaborative, and self-driven in cross-functional/global teams.
