Paid Media Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Setup & Management:

  Assist with campaign execution across

  Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)

  .

• Optimization Learning:

  Learn

  bid management, audience targeting, and ad creative optimization

  .

• Performance Analysis:

  Support monitoring of

  KPIs, CTR, and conversions

  using Google Analytics.

• Budget Monitoring:

  Track campaign spends and pacing according to media plans.

• Ad Operations:

  Help implement

  tracking tags

  and ensure proper delivery across channels.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with creative and account teams to align on campaign goals.

• Skill Development:

  Stay up to date with

  digital marketing trends, platform updates, and analytical tools

  .

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior

  theoretical knowledge

  of

  Google Ads

  and

  Meta Ads

  (mandatory).
• Understanding of

  LinkedIn Ads

  (preferred).
• Availability for a

  full-time, on-site internship

  .
• Strong interest in pursuing a

  career in performance marketing

  .
• Candidates lacking basic platform knowledge will

  not be considered

  .

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Platform Understanding:

  Google Ads, Meta Ads (LinkedIn a plus).

• Analytical Mindset:

  Basic understanding of

  Google Analytics

  and

  Google Tag Manager

  .

• Excel Skills:

  Basic proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP a plus).

• Communication:

  Ability to write clear emails, take meeting notes (MoMs), and interact professionally.
