About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Media Executive (Fresher) who has basic knowledge or 3 months of training in Google Ads / Meta Ads / PPC campaigns.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to start their career in Digital Marketing and grow in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Optimise ads for better CTR, conversions, and ROI
• Support Senior PPC team in executing ad strategies
• Maintain spreadsheets and data tracking
• Stay updated with basic digital marketing and paid ads trends

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Paid Media / Google Ads / Meta Ads
• Knowledge of keywords, bidding, Campaign structuring
• Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility

• Fresher with 3 months training, internship, or course in Paid Media
• Graduates in any field (Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
