Role Overview:

We are offering a paid internship opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement and Reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the recruitment process by screening the resumes, posting job vacancies on various portals, conducting Interviews, coordinating with the hiring managers for Requirements

* Coordinating with Vendors for hiring and admin related activities

* Handling the Onboarding process, Induction and joining formalities of the new joiners

* Handling end to end Documentation, including offer letters and increment letters.

* Organized orientations, events, R&R and activities for employees to deliver objectives of organization.

* Built relationships with external recruitment agencies to source short- and long-term staff for roles across organizations.

* Creating Employee reports and all kinds of MIS.

* Managing employee Mediclaim and PF related queries.

* Assisting in HR tools (Spine)

* Handling employee engagement activities

* Handling Exit formalities.

* Handling the Onboarding process, Induction and joining formalities of the new joiners

* Handling end to end Documentation, including offer letters and increment letters.

* Organized orientations, events, R&R and activities for employees to deliver objectives of organization.

* Built relationships with external recruitment agencies to source short- and long-term staff for roles across organizations.

* Creating Employee reports and all kinds of MIS.
