Relationship Officer (Voice Process)

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, ensuring their understanding of our products, and obtaining their confirmation before disbursement. You will also collaborate with the Sales team to facilitate case closures and manage the internal disbursement system effectively. With a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support, you will play a crucial role in verifying documents such as KYC, disbursal instruction forms, policy papers, consultant papers, relation proofs, and other necessary documentation before submitting the case for finance approval. Proficiency in English and Tamil languages is required for effective communication with customers. This is a full-time position based in Chennai at our office located in DBS Business Center, Cathedral Garden Rd, Badrikari, Tirumurthy Nagar, Nungambakkam.
