Packing Supervisor

As a Packing Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing the packing operations to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products. You will be responsible for supervising a team of packers, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining quality control standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the packing operations following company policies and procedures. - Ensure all packing activities are carried out efficiently and meet quality standards. - Train and mentor packing staff to equip them with necessary skills and knowledge for effective performance. - Monitor and maintain inventory levels of packing materials and supplies for uninterrupted production. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of packed products. - Implement and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. - Monitor and analyze packing productivity and efficiency metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Qualifications and Skills: - Degree or diploma in textile technology. - Proven experience as a Packing Supervisor or in a similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a team environment.
