Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the packing team.
Ensure packing processes comply with company standards, customer specifications, and safety regulations.
Monitor performance and productivity of packers; provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.
Schedule staff and assign tasks to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.
Inspect packed products to ensure quality and presentation standards are met.
Maintain records of production output, packing materials used, and labor hours.
Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and storage of packed goods.
Communicate with warehouse, quality control, and shipping departments to coordinate order fulfillment.
Manage inventory of packing materials and request replenishments as needed.
Implement and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a packaging or warehouse environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of packing procedures, materials, and equipment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, production software).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
