Plant Head - Injection Moulding

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing daily plastic injection moulding or manufacturing operations, managing staff, and ensuring production targets are met. Additionally, you will identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime in production processes. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer specifications, investigating and resolving production issues and rejections, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with industry standards will also be crucial aspects of your role. You will lead, motivate, and train production teams, conduct performance reviews, and develop staff on processes and safety procedures. Overseeing maintenance and calibration of plastic molding equipment, troubleshooting malfunctions, maintaining accurate production records, preparing reports for senior management, managing inventory and raw material orders, and developing strategies for continuous improvement in production processes will also be part of your responsibilities.
