Packing Operator

As a Packing Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our range of organic products are efficiently and accurately packed according to established procedures and quality standards. You will be responsible for packing finished organic products such as liquid, granules, grains, etc., carefully and accurately as per work instructions and packaging specifications. Your attention to detail will be essential in ensuring correct quantities of products are packed into designated boxes, inspecting products for defects or quality issues, sealing and labeling packages correctly, and operating basic packing equipment like sealing machines, labeling machines, and weighing scales. Additionally, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment, following hygiene and safety regulations, and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor are crucial responsibilities in this role. Your role will also involve assisting with other production or warehouse tasks as needed and contributing to the team's efficiency by meeting daily packing targets. Qualifications Required: - Basic literacy and numeracy skills - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions - Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity - Effective teamwork skills - Punctuality and a strong work ethic - Prior experience in a packing or production environment is preferred but not mandatory - Basic understanding of hygiene practices, especially in a food-related industry, is desirable The company also offers free accommodation for this full-time, permanent, and fresher position.,
