Packing Operator

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Packing Associates to join our production team. As a Packing Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packing our range of organic products according to established procedures and quality standards. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are prepared for distribution in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Pack finished organic products (e.g., liquid, granules, grains, etc.) carefully and accurately as per work instructions and packaging specifications.
• Ensure correct quantities of products are packed into designated box.
• Inspect products for any defects or quality issues before packing.
• Seal and label packages correctly with product information, batch numbers, and any other required details.
• Operate basic packing equipment such as sealing machines, labeling machines, and weighing scales (training will be provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Follow all hygiene and safety regulations, especially when handling organic food products.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with other production or warehouse tasks as needed, under the direction of the supervisor.
• Meet daily packing targets and contribute to overall team efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Prior experience in a packing or production environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of hygiene practices is desirable, especially in a food-related industry.
