o Conduct performance testing (compression, Bursting strength, shelf life, etc.).
o Ensure packaging complies with internal quality standards and external regulations.
o Liaise with packaging suppliers to source new materials and troubleshoot issues.
o Evaluate and approve supplier packaging specifications and performance.
o Maintain accurate packaging specifications and documentation.
o Identify and implement sustainable materials and waste-reduction strategies.
o Drive packaging cost savings without compromising quality or safety.
o Manage packaging development projects from concept to commercialization.
o Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, R&D, procurement, production) to meet project timelines.
