Packaging Supervisor

As a Packaging Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the packaging operations to ensure efficient and timely packaging of products. Your primary focus will be on maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the packaging process. One of your key responsibilities will be to train and develop packaging operators on proper packaging procedures, safety protocols, and quality guidelines. Additionally, you will be managing inventory levels of packaging materials and collaborating with the procurement department to ensure their availability. In this role, you will work closely with other departments such as production and logistics to coordinate packaging schedules and meet production goals. You will also be tasked with creating and maintaining packaging reports and documentation, as well as resolving any issues or bottlenecks that may arise in the packaging process. As a proactive member of the team, you will be expected to identify process improvements in the packaging operations and implement them to enhance overall efficiency. Your dedication to ensuring a smooth packaging process will be crucial in contributing to the success of the organization. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. The work schedule may vary between day shifts, morning shifts, and rotational shifts.
