We are looking for a Premium Packaging Designer who can blend creativity, innovation, and premium appeal to elevate the MediCAPS experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Conceptualization: Create premium, innovative, and visually striking packaging concepts aligned with MediCAPS brand identity.
• Material Selection: Research and recommend high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective packaging materials.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure packaging communicates MediCAPS’ story, values, and premium positioning.
• User Experience: Design packaging that is not only beautiful but also functional, easy to use, and safe for consumers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and production teams to bring designs to life.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with global packaging design trends, luxury branding, and innovative solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure all packaging designs meet legal, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
• Prototyping: Develop mock-ups and 3D renderings to test design concepts before production.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in premium or luxury food product packaging design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative packaging designs.
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and 3D visualization tools.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, printing techniques, and sustainability practices.
• Strong sense of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
