Packaging Design Positions

As a member of the Packaging Design team at NEFAB India Private Limited, your role will involve developing optimized packaging solutions to meet customer needs in all aspects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the business development team to understand customer requirements - Independently interacting with customers and various stakeholders, or alongside the sales team, to gather necessary inputs for designing packaging concepts - Collaborating with the Sales and Cross-Functional Team to develop design concepts that meet both customer and internal demands - Presenting design concepts to customers alongside the sales team for feedback and improvements - Coordinating with the Supply Chain team and suppliers for prototyping - Conducting testing, validation, and verification of the developed designs and solutions - Creating production drawings according to NEFAB standards - Ensuring all reports are submitted as per internal requirements - Maintaining documentation as per Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) processes You should hold a Degree or Diploma in Engineering and possess the following required skills: - Innovative and Creative mindset - Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software - Experience in Testing and validation processes - Understanding of Costing and product knowledge - Attention to detail in designing packaging solutions Proficiency in the local language and fluency in English are essential for effective communication. Additionally, candidates with a background in design and application engineering in industries such as light engineering, machine building, material handling, storage solutions, or logistics will be preferred. Direct exposure to industrial packaging is considered advantageous.
