Project Role :Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer
Project Role Description :Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary:As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights.

Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce.

Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
