Project Role :Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer
Project Role Description :Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary:As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall efficiency of application management, ensuring that the systems operate smoothly and meet user requirements effectively. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Strong Python coding skills, experience with Django/Flask, database handling, API development, Git, and unit testing.

Good To Have
Skills:

Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), Docker, async programming, Pandas/Numpy, and basic front-end integration.

Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with API integration and development.

Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in business solutions.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Web Application Development.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
