About The Role

Project Role :Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Project Role Description :Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary:As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy serverless and cloud-native applications on AWS using Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and related services.

Develop backend and frontend components using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.

Use Git for version control and collaborate through pull requests and code reviews.

Optimize cloud resources for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams "” product, QA, and DevOps "” to ensure smooth delivery.

Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services:Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).

Strong understanding of Git-based workflows and collaborative development practices.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Knowledge of RESTful API design and serverless architecture best practices.

Understanding of monitoring and logging tools

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
