Package Handler

As a Tour Package Operator, your role will involve managing, designing, and coordinating domestic and international travel packages for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and customizing travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget constraints. - Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to book flights, accommodations, and activities. - Providing excellent customer service throughout the booking process and during the trip. - Resolving any issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after the travel period. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling domestic and international travel operations. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. - Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving approach.
