Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Package Engineer (Rotating Equipment) based in Kolkata. The Package Engineer will be responsible for designing and engineering packaging solutions, conducting performance tests, and managing projects related to rotating equipment. This role will involve daily collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Skills in Packaging Engineering and Packaging Design
• Mechanical Engineering expertise
• Experience in Testing and evaluating packaging solutions
• Project Management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant experience in the mining or metals industry is a plus
• Expertise in rotating equipments like centrifugal and axial fan, pump, compressor etc.
• Conversant with relevant Indian and International standard for Material, testing and design for rotating equipments.
  

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
