Job Description

Position: Personal Assistant (PA) to Director

Job Location: Chhatral GIDC, Phase - 2, Ta.: Kalol, Dist.: Gandhinagar - 382729

Qualification: Any Graduate having experience in same profile

Experience: 5 to 10 Years as a Personal Assistant to Director

Job Description:

Proficiency in English and Gujarati. (Read, Write and Speak)
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointment.
Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and managing them when appropriate.
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
Dealing with incoming email, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Director.
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
Prepare minutes of meeting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
