Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Maintain organized files, records, and correspondence.
  • Draft, review, and manage official letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing communications (emails, calls, messages) professionally.

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between the Chairman and management, staff, and external organizations.
  • Coordinate and follow up on tasks assigned by the Chairman to various departments.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings — agenda setting, documentation, and minutes preparation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and communications.

Event & Meeting Management

  • Arrange official meetings, conferences, and institutional events.
  • Prepare necessary materials and ensure smooth execution of official engagements.
  • Accompany the Chairman to meetings as required and take notes/minutes.

Office Management & Protocol

  • Oversee smooth functioning of the Chairman’s office.
  • Manage visitors, ensure protocol, and maintain a professional atmosphere.
  • Coordinate logistics for official travel, accommodation, and hospitality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
