Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a PA, Invoice to Cash (Billing) at Genpact, where you will be responsible for preparing and sending out invoices and bills, as well as resolving billing issues and queries from customers. Your role will involve interacting with various departments to ensure smooth operations and adherence to SLAs. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and send out invoices and bills - Compile and mail bills for products paid for by clients - Provide information to customer service and sales departments upon request - Respond to billing questions from local and international customers - Verify discrepancies by clients and resolve billing issues efficiently Qualification Required: Minimum qualifications: - Graduation in Commerce (B.
