P2P Business Development

The Assistant AGM - P2P (Business Development & Operations) position in Hyderabad falls under the Senior Management work level and reports to the Head of P2P. As an experienced AGM - P2P, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end sales, business development, and operational excellence in a B2B pharmaceutical/life sciences setting. Your role will involve driving growth through managing client relationships, portfolio strategy, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure profitability and compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Business Development: Spearheading P2P sales initiatives for new/existing molecules, acquiring new clients, and expanding market presence. - Client & Alliance Management: Serving as the primary commercial point of contact, maintaining enduring client relationships, and resolving compliance issues. - Operational Leadership: Supervising PO-to-dispatch processes in coordination with SCM, QA/QC, R&D, and IP teams. - Portfolio Strategy: Managing product launches, including patented molecules, and aligning them with market demands. - P&L Ownership: Monitoring financial performance, budgeting, and optimizing costs. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and experience criteria: - Education: A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred). - Experience: A minimum of 10 years in P2P, B2B Sales, or Operations, with a background in Pharma/Biotech being advantageous. - Skills: Demonstrated capabilities in strategic leadership, stakeholder management, financial acumen, and a customer-centric approach.
