Roles & Responsibilities

• Must have good knowledge in end-to-end HR Operations process
• Knowledge of employee's Data Governance and upkeeping hris with accurate employee details
• Should have knowledge on complete employees employment life cycle.
• Administer On-Boarding, Off- Boarding documentation process and bonafide letter requests
• Capable to answer the queries raised by employees and respond within defined SLA
• Should have knowledge on complete employees employment life cycle.
• Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• HR Process Monitoring & HR Audit as per the company policies, processes
• Maintaining records / Documents & compliance Audit
  

Qualification & Experience

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate
• Min. 3 years of experience in HR Ops
• Min 2 years of working experience in any of HR Systems
  

Competencies

• HRIS knowledge (SAP, Workday, Darwinbox etc.,)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Data analytics, Data Management, MIS Preparation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Collaboration skills to drive projects to closure
