Overseas Recruiting Trainees

Merdian International is looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Overseas Recruiting Trainees to join our team. This role offers hands-on training in international recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, client communication, and visa/work permit procedures. The trainees will gain valuable experience in global manpower recruitment and career consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for overseas opportunities.
• Support the recruitment team in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Learn and assist with documentation related to overseas recruitment.
• Communicate with candidates to provide guidance on application and placement procedures.
• Maintain recruitment databases and update candidate records.
• Assist in preparing job postings, advertisements, and social media promotions.
• Support in building strong relationships with clients and overseas partners.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
