About the Role

Are you passionate about guiding students toward global education opportunities or bringing business to the company? We're looking for a goal-oriented and driven Admissions Counselor & Sales Executive to join our growing team!

This dynamic role blends sales, counseling, and administrative support to help students make informed academic decisions while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student admissions, registration, and meet enrollment targets
• Understand student/parent needs and pitch suitable programs
• Convert leads into enrollments and sales of services like health insurance and blocked accounts for students and employees
• Conduct counseling sessions, webinars, and presentations in education institutes and language training centres
• Guide students through course selection, application, and visa documentation
• Stay updated with international admission, visa, and education system changes
• Maintain and follow up with leads using CRM tools
• Travel to meet potential students and clients
• Follow up on cold leads and convert them into active prospects

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in academic counseling and sales
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
• Proven track record in lead conversion and achieving sales goals
• Strong empathy, trust-building, and persuasive communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to work on weekends
• Must be residing in Thiruvananthapuram
