Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Overseas Education Counselor at Envision. The role involves guiding students through the process of selecting programs and universities that align with their academic and career goals. Key responsibilities include conducting personalized counseling sessions, providing career guidance, assisting with university applications and documentation, supporting visa application processes, and preparing students for their educational journey abroad. The counselor acts as a key point of support, ensuring students feel confident and well-informed throughout each stage of their journey.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Proficiency in Career Counseling and Education planning
• Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and stakeholders
• Ability to guide students in selecting university programs and navigating international education requirements
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple students and processes simultaneously
• Experience in the overseas education industry or similar fields is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Familiarity with the application and visa processes for studying abroad is an advantage
