Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for an Overseas Education Counselor. The role involves providing guidance to students and their families on international education opportunities, assisting with university and program selection, managing application processes, and supporting students through visa documentation. The counselor will also engage in career counseling sessions, conduct follow-ups, and address inquiries to ensure a smooth and informed decision-making process for students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in guiding students through university applications, visa processes, and documentation management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective career and academic counseling
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset to manage deadlines and ensure application accuracy
• Knowledge of international education systems, institutions, and admission requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic CRM systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting in Chennai
