Role Description

The Overseas Counselor is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. As an Overseas Counselor, you will guide students through the process of securing international education opportunities. Daily tasks include providing career counseling, assisting with identifying appropriate programs and universities, helping students with application documents and deadlines, and offering precise advice on scholarships, visas, and pre-departure preparation. You will also build strong relationships with students and universities to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and advisory skills, including career counseling and guiding students through academic program selections.
• Experience in handling university applications, documentation, and managing deadlines effectively.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities to provide end-to-end support, such as application and visa processing services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students, families, and diverse international institutions.
• Strong understanding of global education trends and awareness of higher education requirements in multiple countries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to maintain detailed records efficiently.
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or a related field, and prior experience in the overseas education consulting industry.
