Overseas Admission Counsellor - Study Abroad (UK/US/Canada/Australia)

As a Study Abroad Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in assisting students to achieve their Study Abroad aspirations within the global education market. Your primary responsibilities will involve guiding students through the application process, offering expert advice on universities, courses, visas, scholarships, and providing continuous support throughout their journey. Your key responsibilities will include counseling students on a wide range of Study Abroad options available at global universities, assisting them with university selection, applications, visa processes, and interview preparation. You will also be responsible for providing detailed information on scholarships, financial planning, and the various offerings available at different universities. Additionally, maintaining accurate student records and following up on application progress will be essential parts of your role. Collaboration with the Sales Team will be crucial as you work together to convert leads and drive enrollments, ensuring the success of the Study Abroad program. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in student counseling for Study Abroad services. A strong knowledge of the global education system and application processes is essential.
