You will work under the strategic umbrella of Outthinc Global , leading the technical, R&D, and sourcing components of this high-impact international assignment. Role Responsibilities Acting as a Strategic Technology & Project Lead (Freelance Basis) , you will: Identify and evaluate process technologies and licensors for Glyphosate, 2,4-D, Diquat, Bentazone, and Propiconazole. Assess and recommend backward-integration routes for key intermediates (e.g., PMIDA, 2,4-DCP, pyridine derivatives, triazole). Coordinate with Indian R&D institutes, CSIR labs, or retired process experts for in-house or custom-developed process routes. Compile technology transfer documentation , feasibility notes, and process design dossiers for the Russian implementation team. Support cost estimation , plant concept design , and domestic sourcing strategies aligned with Russia’s feedstock availability. Guide on environmental compliance , sustainability measures , and green manufacturing processes as per Russian standards. Serve as the technical anchor and advisor throughout the Step-1 to Step-3 phases (Technology Sourcing → Plant Design → Raw Material Sourcing). Ideal Candidate Profile 30+ years of proven experience in agrochemical process technology, R&D, or manufacturing scale-up . Deep expertise in technology transfer , intermediate synthesis , and plant establishment . Prior experience in Glyphosate / 2,4-D / Diquat / Bentazone / Triazole fungicides preferred. Strong professional network across Indian and global chemical/R&D sectors . Exposure to licensing, feasibility studies, or collaboration with CSIR/DRDO/industry labs .
