Job Title : Outsourcing Head Fabrication Company : Epack Prefab Location : Greater Noida Job Type : Permanent / Full-Time Experience : 12+ Years Preferred : Candidates with experience in fabrication outsourcing (PEB/Steel Structures/Infrastructure) Company Overview Epack Prefab is a leading name in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry, with a strong presence across India. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute outsourcing strategies for structural and non-structural fabrication activities Identify, evaluate, and empanel qualified fabrication vendors across India Manage pricing negotiations, vendor selection, contract finalization, and performance monitoring Coordinate with internal departments (design, purchase, planning, projects, QA/QC) to ensure timely and quality execution of fabrication orders Track and manage project-specific outsourcing schedules and ensure timely delivery to site Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety norms, and quality standards Maintain reports and MIS on vendor performance, delivery status, and outsourcing costs Resolve issues related to vendor delays, quality concerns, or operational roadblocks Candidate Requirements Graduate in Mechanical / Civil / Industrial Engineering (B.Tech/Diploma) Minimum 12 years of experience in fabrication outsourcing (preferably in PEB, steel structures, or EPC projects) Strong vendor network and proven negotiation skills Working knowledge of fabrication processes, welding standards, and production tracking Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD basics, and ERP systems Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience in working with multi-location vendors and handling high-volume outsourced projects Additional Details Salary : Best in the Industry Joining : Immediate joiners will be preferred How to Apply Interested candidates can share their updated profiles at: pebhr8@epack.in Please mention Outsourcing Head Fabrication” in the subject line.
