As a Senior Manager - Strategic Planning at Ikigai School of AI based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the institution's presence through business development, institutional tie-ups, and outreach strategies. Reporting to the Founders/Chief Strategy Officer, your primary focus will be on building partnerships and collaborations with colleges, universities, schools, and corporates to promote AI education and awareness. Your responsibilities will include identifying and initiating collaborations for seminars, workshops, and partnerships, planning and executing various educational events for brand visibility, pitching AI upskilling workshops to corporate HR/training teams, managing a pipeline of leads, representing Ikigai at external events, collecting feedback from stakeholders, and providing insights to the product and curriculum team. Additionally, you will be required to maintain tracking reports, update the leadership team on progress, and make strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate for this role would have 4-5 years of experience in business development or education partnerships, possess excellent communication skills, be confident and persuasive in both in-person and virtual settings, self-driven and proactive, and comfortable with frequent travel for meetings and events. Experience in EdTech, skilling, or academic outreach would be a bonus.
