Outbound Tech Experienced

You will be responsible for taking inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. Your duties will include diagnosing the problems, recommending the best plan to the customer, and selling technical support plans along with relevant software. Additionally, you will be involved in hiring agents for inbound tech sales and outbound tech experienced candidates. The job offers a fixed salary on the 1st of every month, daily & monthly incentives, referral bonus, and 24 paid leaves along with a birthday leave. The shift timing for this role is night shift from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. - Take inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnose problems and recommend the best plan to customers - Sell technical support plans along with relevant software - Hire agents for inbound tech sales - Work in the night shift from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am - Must have 10+2 qualification - Candidates with experience in outbound tech support for more than 6 months to 1 year preferred - Should know how to close their own calls and have good convincing and sales skills - Immediate joiners preferred Adeeba E-Services Pvt.
