Job Purpose:

To drive sales and brand visibility of OTC (Over the Counter) products by ensuring strong relationships with retail pharmacies, distributors, and chemists. Responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, and promoting key brands in assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail chemists, pharmacies, and distributors regularly to achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure product availability and visibility across all assigned outlets.
Conduct product detailing and awareness sessions for retailers.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.
Manage stock levels at retail and distributor points to prevent stock outs or expiries.
Execute brand visibility activities such as merchandising, sampling, and local promotions.
Prepare daily / weekly reports on sales and field activity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good market understanding and relationship-building ability.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Basic computer literacy for reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Graduate (preferably in Science / Pharmacy / Commerce).
6 MONTHS of experience in OTC / FMCG / Pharma field sales preferred.
Freshers with strong enthusiasm for sales may also apply.
