OTC - Collections Specialist

As an experienced accounting professional in a multinational environment, you will play a crucial role in analyzing customer account balances and meeting cash targets to support the team in achieving overall financial goals. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound queries, assisting customers with documentation, resolving disputes, generating dunning letters, monitoring customer aging, and managing credit assessments and risk. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze customer account balances to meet monthly cash targets - Assist customers with queries and documentation - Investigate, route, escalate, and resolve customer disputes - Generate customer dunning letters and dispatch them - Monitor customer aging and prepare files for legal action - Validate credit assessment requests and manage credit risk - Apply cash remittances, credits, and adjustments within A/R ledger Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of accounting experience in a multinational environment - 3 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC) - Prior experience with Workday or similar ERP system If you are someone who is passionate about technology, values personal growth, and seeks opportunities for professional development, TNS offers an environment where excellence is nurtured and teamwork is valued.
