Job Description

In this role as an OTBI & BIP Reports Developer, you will be responsible for the development of Oracle Fusion OTBI & BIP Reports. Your main responsibilities will include: - Strong technical knowledge and skills in developing OTBI & BIP Reports in Oracle Fusion modules such as Oracle Core HR, Oracle Learning, Oracle Recruiting, Compensation, Absence Management, and Oracle Talent Management. - Knowledge of Fusion OTBI security and creating Dashboards in OTBI. - Ability to schedule BIP reports using delivery options like FTP or Email. - Working independently with Business Analyst and creating test data in Fusion modules for unit testing. - Creating technical design documents and UTP for unit testing. - Participating in Report design meetings with Analyst to provide best technical solutions. - Serving as the go-to subject matter expert for OTBI & BIP reporting & Security in Oracle HCM Modules. - Knowledge of DevOps for updating support tickets. - Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentations) and interpersonal skills.
