OTA Senior Manager - Tours Operation

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the key liaison between OTA platforms and internal teams
  
• Support the Head of OTA in managing strategic initiatives and high-priority accounts
  
• Handle key accounts and assist in negotiating terms with OTA partners
  
• Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape
  
• Provide mentorship to junior staff
  
• Ensure timely reporting and issue resolution
  
• Ensure confidentiality of seller information; take full responsibility for any damage caused to sellers/partners/users or Soctrip
  
• Do not use personal contact information (including phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, messaging apps, etc.) to communicate with sellers/partners/users. Only use company-approved contact details during your employment with Soctrip and Hahalolo
  

Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
  

• Experience:

  57 years in the tours/activities sector with guide management experience
  

• Technical Skills:

  
  
• Knowledge of tour booking platforms and channel management
  
• Understanding of tour guide certification requirements
  
• Experience with tour quality assessment
  
• Familiarity with tourist behavior and preferences
  

Key Competencies:

• Managing portfolio of 100+ tour guides/operators
  
• Relationship with tour guide associations (IATO, Regional Guide Associations)
  
• Quality control and standardization expertise
  
• Multi-language tour coordination
  
• Safety and compliance management
  

Performance Metrics:

• Category GMV targets: $2.5–3M monthly per category
  
• Guide retention rate: 85%+
  
• Tour quality score: 4.5+/5
  
• Response time to guide queries: under 4 hours
  
• New tour launches: 50+ monthly per category
