Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Create and execute high-impact hotel promotional campaigns, manage seasonal offers, and drive booking conversion through strategic marketing initiatives while coordinating with hotel partners for co-funded promotions. Plan and execute promotional campaigns on OTA platforms Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Campaign to align marketing efforts Design and run OTA campaigns based on seasonal trends and market demands Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategy as needed Work with partners to co-create exclusive deals Report on ROI and campaign KPIs Ensure confidentiality of seller information; take full responsibility for any damage caused to sellers/partners/users or Soctrip Do not use personal contact information (including phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, messaging apps, etc.) to communicate with sellers/partners/users. Only use company-approved contact details for sellers/partners/users communication and support during your employment with Soctrip and Hahalolo Requirements: Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field Experience : 3-5 years in hotel marketing/OTA campaign management Technical Skills : Experience with hotel booking conversion optimization Knowledge of seasonal travel patterns Understanding of hotel pricing strategies Proficiency in campaign analytics tools Key Competencies: Hotel package creation and bundling Seasonal campaign planning (summer vacations, festivals) Destination marketing expertise Partner co-marketing negotiations Last-minute deal strategies Loyalty program integration Campaign Types to Manage: Seasonal hotel promotions (peak/off-peak) City-specific hotel deals Long-stay discounts Weekend getaway packages Festival special rates Business travel promotions Performance Metrics: Campaign ROI: 400%+ (higher than flights due to better margins) Hotel booking conversion improvement: 15%+ Partner-funded campaigns: 10+ monthly Cost per hotel booking: 200-500 Campaign-attributed GMV: $3M+ monthly Benefits: Dynamic and friendly global start-up work culture Competitive salary with regular performance reviews Fun team activities: monthly birthdays, events, and gifts Annual team building and company outings Supportive environment during personal or health-related situations Paid leave and other benefits as per company policy
