Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an OT Technician based in Gorakhpur. The OT Technician will be responsible for preparing and maintaining operating rooms, ensuring all surgical instruments are sterilized and ready for use, and assisting surgeons during procedures. Other responsibilities include maintaining an accurate inventory of supplies, adhering to infection control protocols, and ensuring patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery. Qualifications Experience in operating room maintenance and surgical assistance Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control protocols Ability to maintain accurate inventory and manage supplies Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Certification or diploma in Operation Theatre Technology or related field Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred Show more Show less
