Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OT Technician, located in Mumbai. The OT Technician will be responsible for setting up and maintaining operating rooms, assisting during surgeries, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring adherence to medical standards. Duties include preparing patients for surgery, assisting the surgical team, handling surgical equipment, and maintaining a sterile environment to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sterilizing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment
• Experience in setting up and maintaining operating rooms
• Ability to assist during surgeries and handle surgical equipment
• Strong understanding of medical standards and protocols
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Certificate or diploma in Operation Theatre Technology or related field
• Previous experience as an OT Technician is a plus
