We're Hiring: Marketing Executive – Oma Hospital, Chembur Location: Chembur, Mumbai Work Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives Oma Hospital is seeking a result-driven and creative Marketing Executive to lead marketing and outreach initiatives that increase patient footfall and strengthen our brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Manage and convert leads from digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Website, Calls) Oversee social media content and advertising (Meta and Google Ads) Coordinate with design and content teams for visual assets Execute offline outreach: society talks, wellness events, branding Engage local influencers, collect testimonials, manage PR activities Maintain CRM and patient database Plan and run loyalty and engagement campaigns Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or Communication 1–3 years of relevant experience (Healthcare or wellness industry preferred) Proficiency in Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Business, and CRM tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with excellent follow-up abilities Creative, self-driven, and performance-focused Compensation: Fixed monthly salary based on experience Monthly performance-based incentive structure Growth opportunities and monthly reviews Interested candidates may send their CV to hr@omahospital.com or reach out via direct message.
