Apollo Hospitals Ahmedabad, a flagship unit of the Apollo Hospitals Group, is a state-of-the-art facility with 276 beds and a potential to expand to 400 beds. The hospital offers a wide range of medical services across more than 35 clinical specialties, including Cardiac Sciences, Neuro Sciences, Orthopaedics, Cancer, Emergency Medicine, and Solid Organ Transplants.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OT Incharge at Apollo Hospitals Ahmedabad. The OT Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Operation Theatre, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with the surgical team and other departments within the hospital.


Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Operation Theatres and surgical teams
  • Knowledge of OT protocols, sterility maintenance, and infection control
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Certification in Operation Theatre Management is a plus
  • Experience in a tertiary care hospital setting is preferred
