OT Cyber Security Specialist

As an OT Security, Network, and IIoT specialist, your role will involve leading the development and implementation of integrated IT-OT infrastructure solutions, asset identification, support management, and cybersecurity in OT environments. You should have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the OT domain, demonstrating expertise in managing IT-OT systems integration and OT cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain IT-OT infrastructure for reliable, efficient, and secure operations. - Implement security policies and procedures aligned with industrial standards in the OT environment. - Maintain a comprehensive inventory of IT and OT assets for effective tracking and management. - Collaborate with teams to ensure proper configuration of assets and implementation of OT cybersecurity policies. - Provide expert technical support for IT-OT infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. - Act as a subject matter expert in IT-OT infrastructure management and OT Security. - Conduct regular OT security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions. - Implement ID/IPS solution for OT devices and integrate with SIEM solution. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. - Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the OT domain focusing on IT-OT, Network, and OT Security infrastructure projects. - Strong technical knowledge in infrastructure management, system monitoring, and support. - Preferred certification: ISA62443/GICSP. - Demonstrated expertise in OT cybersecurity principles and practices. - Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving skills and successful collaboration experience in cross-functional team settings.,
