Job Description

Responsibilities

Support OT Cyber Security operations with strong understanding of OT standards (IEC 62443, NIST 800-53).
Monitor OT cyber risks, vulnerabilities, industry alerts, and emerging threats.
Drive IEC 62443 compliance across the fleet while ensuring safety and operational integrity.
Perform OT cybersecurity monitoring, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
Manage cybersecurity processes including firewall log reviews, remote access checks, vulnerability and patch management, obsolescence management, and awareness training.
Conduct risk assessments, security testing, and analyze system/network logs to identify weaknesses and implement controls.
Contribute to cyber security strategies, governance, and performance improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel as required.

Education & Certification

BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Computing, Control, Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
IEC 62443 Cybersecurity or GICSP certification is mandatory.

Experience

2+ years in OT Cyber Security.
Hands-on with risk/gap assessments and OT security tools (asset inventory, vulnerability management, SIEM).
Field experience required.
